Every organizationhas a why.We make itvisible.
Leading by Purpose
A team coaching programme for the leadership group. The goal is not to impose values from the outside: it's to surface from the group itself the principles that already guide — or should guide — the way of working. And make them explicit, shared, acted upon.
An organization's why is not a poster. It is the only real lever to inspire people to grow and give their best, even when no one is watching.
The group explores the organization's future, surfaces real challenges and defines together the 4 guiding principles of the programme. They emerge from the group's voice, facilitated by the process.
Team exercises, storytelling and maieutic techniques to give substance and concreteness to the first two principles. The group doesn't learn new concepts: it makes existing ones explicit and shared.
The group reflects on how to extend the principles to the whole organization. The foundations are built for a more operational and widespread journey.
Why Venturo exists
When it's not clear who you are as an organization, this is what happens:
you hire the wrong people
you lose the right ones
you make inconsistent decisions
and every HR initiative becomes cosmetic
That's why we work on three levels:
How the organization tells its story and behaves: communication, rituals, visible signals
The patterns that repeat every day, even without being decided
The unwritten rules everyone follows, but no one has ever made explicit
Companies we've worked with
Venturo is a consulting firm specializing in organizational culture, internal and employer branding. We work with companies that want to make their cultural identity visible, to attract the right talent, align internal and external communication, and make decisions that are coherent with their values.
Lumen — We don't measure culture. We illuminate it.
Organizational culture is invisible precisely because it's omnipresent. Lumen is how we bring it to the surface — through stories, not questionnaires. The result is a faithful mirror of how people truly experience the organization.
Discover how Lumen works"Imagine meeting a friend you haven't seen in months. They ask you what it's like to work here. What do you tell them, in two minutes?"

Making an organization's purpose visible isn't always simple. Here are the challenges we recognize most often.
Talent Attraction
Candidates arrive with expectations that don't match reality. Or they don't arrive at all. The problem isn't the salary or the industry: it's that your brand communicates something generic that doesn't tell who you really are. The right people don't recognize themselves, and the wrong ones accept and leave after a year.
Before we act, we listen.
Three reading levels. Each reveals what the previous one can't see.
Level 01
Digital signals
What the market sees of you as an employer. Reviews, careers page, external perception. Data that already exists, often ignored.
Level 02
Lived experience
How employees actually experience the organization, mapped across four areas: culture, people, environment and technology, employee journey.
Level 03
Cultural roots
Why certain things don't change despite good intentions. The underlying assumptions that no survey can reach.
